This website is operated by QWATT TRADING LLP (“QWATT”, “we”, “us”). This page explains what personal information we collect through this website, why we collect it, and how you can ask us to change or delete it.

What we collect

We only collect information you type into a form and send us. That is:

• your name
• your phone number
• your email address
• your city or location, where a form asks for it
• the message or enquiry you write
• which kind of enquiry you selected

We do not ask for, and you should not send us, payment card details, bank details, or identity document numbers. This website sells nothing and takes no payments.

Why we collect it

To reply to you. Depending on what you asked about, your enquiry is sent to one of two QWATT inboxes:

• A product or the catalogue — data@qwatt.in
• Finding a dealer, or buying — data@qwatt.in
• Becoming a QWATT dealer — data@qwatt.in
• A complaint, or a problem with a tool — care@qwatt.in
• Contacting the head office — care@qwatt.in

If you asked us to send you the product catalogue, we use your email address to send it.

Who we share it with

If your enquiry is about buying a tool or finding a dealer, we may pass your name, contact details and enquiry to an authorised QWATT dealer near you, so that they can help you directly. That is the purpose of the enquiry.

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with advertisers. We may share information where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as we may reasonably need them to deal with your question, your purchase, or a warranty claim. You can ask us to delete your information sooner.

Cookies

This site runs on WordPress and uses cookies that are necessary for the site to work and to remember your choices. It does not use cookies to build an advertising profile of you.

Your choices

Write to care@qwatt.in and you can ask us to:

• tell you what information we hold about you
• correct anything that is wrong
• delete your information
• stop contacting you

Please write from the email address you used, or include the phone number you gave us, so we can find your record.

Security

We take reasonable care to protect the information you send us. No website can promise perfect security, and we will not claim otherwise.

Children

This site is intended for trade and adult customers. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
