This site exists to show you the QWATT range and help you find a dealer. It is not a shop.

• We do not sell anything through this website.
• We do not show prices, and we take no payments or orders here.
• Price and availability come from your local QWATT dealer.

Product information

We take care to describe our tools accurately. Specifications shown here are taken from the QWATT master product catalogue.

• Specifications may change as products are improved. The tool you buy may differ from what is shown here.
• Photographs are for identification. Accessories shown in a photograph are not necessarily included; the “What’s in the box” list on each product page is what governs.
• Where we have not independently confirmed a detail, we say so on the product page rather than guess.

If something on this site is wrong, please tell us at care@qwatt.in so we can correct it.

Buying a QWATT tool

You buy from a dealer, not from us through this site. Your purchase, including price, delivery, invoice and returns, is a matter between you and that dealer, on their terms.

Warranty

QWATT tools carry a one-year warranty from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects, as set out on each product page and in the manual supplied with the tool.

Not covered: physical or cosmetic damage; and accessories, chargers, batteries and other items supplied with the tool.

For service, contact the dealer you bought from, or write to care@qwatt.in.

Safe use

Power tools can cause serious injury if misused. Read the manual supplied with your tool and follow it. Use the guards and handles supplied. Nothing on this website replaces the instructions in the product manual.

Our content

The QWATT name, logo, product images and the text on this site belong to QWATT TRADING LLP. Please do not copy or reuse them commercially without our written permission.

Authorised QWATT dealers may use our product images and text to sell QWATT tools.

Links

Where we link to another website, such as a map, we are not responsible for what is on it.

Liability

We provide this website in good faith. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of the information on it. Nothing here limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Mumbai have jurisdiction.
